Our physical body is actually a part of Gaia. It is made up of the elements of Gaia, and it serves as our cocoon. Our physical bodies emerge from other physical bodies and they serve to house a part of our energetic being, a specific energy body that is experiencing a course of reality here. When it is time for our energetic body to shed this cocoon, we go through the process of physical death. The physical body experiences a detachment from its source of life force. It "dies". And its death allows for this physical body to return to Gaia, to its source. This liberates the energy body that was housed within the physical body to continue its journey, as 'one' with the rest of its energetic being, to its greater source.
The trick here is to break past the paradigm and to understand that our energetic being is a very complex entity that has many forms. The entity itself is "one", but it is comprised of many "energy bodies". Most people here on Gaia have their energy bodies contained compactly within the earth realm. This is fine, this is where they are supposed to be in their spiritual evolutionary process.
However, there are others whose energy bodies are not completely "Gaian". Some people have energy bodies that are existing in many places at once - in many realms.
The people who have energy bodies residing in what we perceive as other star systems have their origins from there as well. There are beings from other systems who have been residing on Gaia for lifetimes. There are others from other galaxies who have come to Gaia in this lifetime.

When we say that they "come" to Gaia, we are not referring to a traveler on a space ship. We are referring to a specific part of our energy body, known as the soul, that chooses to become housed in a physical body here on Gaia to fulfill a specific task - ranging from experiencing necessary spiritual lessons to fulfilling specific purposes that are their "assignments".
These people are known as star seeds. Not everyone is a star seed. Nor does being a star seed make one special or better. We are all spirits created by God, each fulfilling its own progression of spiritual evolution throughout the cosmos.
Most star seeds here on Gaia are born into physical bodies and are here for a purpose. Most star seeds do not realize that they are star seeds until a specific time and place is reached in their life journey here, where the 'realization' takes place.
The life course of star seeds is not an easy one. There are certain characteristics that mark the life of most star seeds. And the realization process that star seeds go through is not an easy transition.

Aion, the god of eternity, is standing inside a celestial sphere decorated with zodiac signs, in between a green tree and a bare tree (summer and winter, respectively). Sitting in front of him is the mother-earth goddess, Tellus (the Roman counterpart of Gaia) with her four children, who possibly represent the four seasons. (Photo credit: Wikipedia) |
