Star Seeds: Part 2 Characteristics of a Star Seed

The previous post describes what a star seed is.  Of course we live in a world of infinite possibilities, so there is no definitive formula that we can use to describe every single star seed which has incarnated on Gaia. Each star seed is unique. The wake up calls of the star seeds are very individual experiences as well, varying from individual soul to individual soul.

But we have been able to see from the accounts and testimonies of star seeds that have "come out" that there are certain traits, characteristics, conditions and experiences that seem to be commonly present in the life and times of many star seeds.

These common denominators, in my opinion, seem to carry the necessary energetic details necessary to create the composite being of the star seed.  These common denominators are physical, emotional, psychological, environmental and galactic.

There are physical traits that many star seeds seem to have in common, regarding their physical Gaian body. The eyes of star seeds seem to have a magnetic quality. Some have a penetrating gaze, others have an attractive allure. Generally speaking however, the eyes seem to have a strength in their gaze and in their appearance that leave an energetic signature.  This triggers many Gaians to comment on the eyes of a star seed - comments ranging from how beautiful their eyes are, to how, even if they haven't seen the star seed human for a long time, they remember their eyes.

Many star seeds have trouble handling the energies of Gaians because there are alot of negative dense energies prevailing on Gaia and in the Gaian fields. Native Gaians, as a result, are unfortunately carrying many dense, negative energies. Star seeds need a coping mechanism to deal with these negative energies, because star seeds tend to absorb the energies of others very easily.  Thus they need a shield, or armor in their field.

To address this, many star seeds carry alot of extra weight around them, especially around the middle. This is actually a protective shield that has developed as an adaptive mechanism.  The energetic bodies of star seeds are "charged" with greater frequencies than the energy bodies of true Gaians.  This means that there physical bodies need to adapt to their extra energetic baggage. One such adaptive mechanism is the extra weight. And the energetic shield that star seeds need translate into increased energetic frequencies. And of course, this manifests in the physical bodies as extra weight.  I know that it has to do with water, but I am not clear on the mechanism. I do know that star seeds need more water, and need to carry more water weight.

The human body is made of Gaia.  It is made up of her elements.  Most often, though, it is not able to adapt to the extra energetic load of the star seed energy body which it houses. After all, the Gaian body is designed to house a Gaian soul.  Therefore, the physical body which houses a star seed soul, seems to need more "juice", more voltage from its life source to handle its energetic body.

This is part of the evolutionary process of star seeding, and star seeds have a challenge in learning to adapt to the limitations of certain physical forms.  This is not a smooth process. So there is a certain amount of damage that occurs in the physical body as a result of housing a star seed soul.. I see this as a short circuiting that occurs in the physical body trying to house the higher energies of a star seed energy body.

We see this as another common denominator present in most star seeds in one form or another.  It appears that star seeds suffer from many of the same medical conditions and dysfunctions. Blood sugar disturbances, thyroid issues (especially hypothyroidism) ,digestive and metabolic issues seem to plague many star seeds prior to and during their waking process.  However, all star seeds seem to be very vulnerable throughout their Gaian existence to auto immune diseases and disorders, including having a very allergic profile. These auto immune disorders include arthritic conditions, chronic fatigue.  It seems that there is a trigger prevalent in star seeds that encourage "self attack". It mirrors their frustration with their inability to assimilate as a Gaian. This calms down once they change their lives after their realization of their heritage.

Star seeds seem to be very vulnerable to psychological and emotional problems, this weakness improves after their wake up call.  Star seeds have difficulty adapting to their surroundings because of their energetic bodies.  We do not perceive life like a Gaian.  Therefore, it is natural for star seeds to feel that they do not fit in.  They also feel lonely, and many go through most of their life, before their "wake up" being perceived by others as oversensitive, misfits, different, weird, or loners. They suffer from conscious and subconscious longing for home.  They also suffer as a result of the ostracism they feel, being energetically foreign to native Gaians.  This causes them to be on the receiving end of toxic backlashes.

 They also have higher than normal levels of intelligence which is not addressed adequately even through the educational system of more "advanced" Gaian societies, therefore star seeds tend to get disillusioned and lost. They are not on the same energetic wavelength with Gaians, therefore it is very natural for star seeds to not have a functional and successful energetic relationship with money. Coupled with a commonly seen inability to focus, star seeds aren't able to "produce" and to thrive in the career landscapes of Gaian society.

This inability to thrive in the career/marketplace also causes many star seeds to suffer from low self esteem.  Many also develop learning disabilities and brain fog as a result of the energetic short circuiting which occurs in the physical body due to the higher charges of the star seed energy body that its housing.   The energetic overcharge causes the brain to short circuit. Put all of these factors together and you have the conditions that make the star seed Gaian "ripe" for awakening.

The social environment of the star seed also seems to further emphasize how the star seed doesn't fit in.  The star seeds are aware of their higher than normal intelligence, and of the talents and creativity that swell and storm deep within their selves.  And they know that these abilities are not emerging the way that they would like.  As a result many become depressed, anxious or even angry due to their inability to efficiently develop and make use of their amazing gifts, talents and intellectual prowess and of their difficulty in expressing themselves and achieving true communication within the constraints of the Gaian society.

It is not co incidental that most star seeds incarnate in dysfunctional families and environments. This further dramatizes the alienation that the star seed experiences. The alienation from his environment in turn triggers the worsening of certain physical symptoms. There is a mechanism in place here, common to most star seeds.

I feel that these conditions, although difficult, are energetically necessary for the star seed and that they serve a purpose to allow the star seed to emerge  from within the buried memories.  There are many "cocoons" that star seeds have.  Like Gaians, the physical body serves as the cocoon of the souls of star seeds.  However, unlike native Gaians, star seeds go through adaptogenic changes of their physical bodies in order to accommodate their energy bodies in these physical Gaian vehicles.  A soul of a different frequency can not have the same "fit" as a Gaian soul, and that doesn't occur without certain consequences.

Star seeds also go through a cocoon process of sorts that is triggered by their physical, emotional and psychological challenges. These challenges plunge them into a dark night of the soul, of sorts, that allows them to emerge as the radiant star seed that they are. The emergence of the star seed causes an energetic "butterfly" to emerge.

The awakening of star seeds to their true origins, this realization, this emergence is a beautiful moment - but not without the new challenges that it poses.

Star seeds, once emerged, can not live "normal" lives....that is coming in part 3.

Energy Vampires and the Galaxies

Just an afterthought, after writing the last post....

One more reason why some people are energy vampires is also due to their galactic heritage.  Many of us come from soul groups that derive from other star systems.  Some of us have liven a life or many lives on other places in the universe, not just on earth.

The universe is teeming with life, both positive and light filled as well as negative, dense and dark.  There are some people who hail from negative galactic roots. It is a very natural thing for them to be energy vampires because they behave in a very predatory manner, energetically and physically. This is a part of their makeup.

On a brighter note, there are many of us who also hail from other galaxies, and we come from civilizations  that are light filled and positive....I happen to be one of them!  We have incarnated on earth to anchor certain energies, and to help people conquer energetic dysfunctions.

Energy Vampires

Many times we feel drained  without any apparent cause.  One possible reason for feeling this way is an energetic one.

Did you know that there are such things as energy vampires? No, they are not necessarily evil people.  They are people whose energy fields have a "vampiric" behavior, and they seem to drain the energy fields of those that they interact with.

Have you ever been with someone and found yourself exhausted after being with them? If someone makes you feel "uneasy", they have disrupted your sense of "ease" - and chronic disruption of your sense of ease leads to physical disease. Or, have you ever felt that you want to avoid being with certain people, for unexplained reasons?  Did you ever feel that you can't be physically near someone, even though you don't know why? Chances are that these people are energy vampires, and that you're listening to your instincts telling you to stay away, because of the energetic damage they cause.

Energy vampires are individuals who have a need to feed off of other people's energy.  This need to feed off of the energy of others has many possible causes.  The causes are quite varied - some energy vampires are that way because of character weaknesses in their present life, from behavioral and emotional imbalances, or as a result of acquired insecurities and trauma. These problems cause them to be openly or subconsciously over dependent on others, depending on those around them to provide for them in many ways, including to provide vitality -these types of energy vampires literally live their lives through those around them.  This happens on a physical, emotional/behavioral and energetic level.

 However, there are some energy vampires that have this vampiric characteristic because of their genetic baggage.  This is a dysfunction that is "inherited".  Many energy vampires are descendants of people who displayed this sort of vampiric behavior, usually in a more negative physical and energetic form  - exercising overwhelming control over those around them. The energetic remnant of this behavior had yet to be cleared over the generations and  thus many people still carry this trait energetically many generations later. (There are many things that we inherit in our field from our ancestors - energy is handed down).

What happens is that the energy fields of these people latch on with force to the energy fields of those they interact with.  The interactions between the two people do not have to be negative, hostile or violent.  It can be a simple conversation between two people that takes place, but if one is an energy vampire, that interaction will prompt their energy field to grasp onto the energy field of the other person.

The energy field of the other person will be able to "fend off " the attack, or the "grip", if it is prepared and if the person is consciously aware of the other person's vampiric tendency.  However, many times we try to break free from the other person's energetic grip and this creates a literal tear or hole in our field.  This damage needs time to mend, and the tears in our field manifest as physical fatigue and can also manifest as a change in our emotional  state - like a sudden onset of feeling down, depressed, cranky or angry.

Many energy vampires grasp onto their victims because they are dependent and seemingly helpless types that constantly want to receive from others.  Other energy vampires are ego driven personalities who constantly take advantage of others.  These people feel that they deserve to juice everyone in their path , and to squeeze them of all that they have got in any way they can.  These energy vampires are not necessarily evil, but they are definitely dysfunctional.

There are some energy vampires however that are evil.  These are people who are negative.  They are driven by base, dark emotions such as hate, greed, or jealousy. In these situations, they literally drain the other person's energy through their intent to have what the other person has.  Their emotional and behavioral dysfunction of greed and jealousy manifests on an energetic level as vampirism - trying to take from the other.

One thing to be careful of, concerning this evil type of energy vampire, is seemingly innocent conversation or  communication.  These type of people are practically incapable of having 'innocent' conversation with someone towards whom they feel jealousy or hate.  If the energy vampire harbors these feelings, that means that their energy field is dark and dense.

They possess very negative clouds of frequency.  These energy fields behave in very negative and damaging ways - by violently latching onto the other's energy, thus always creating tears and damage into the other's field.  The energy field of these energy vampires intentionally drain the other person of their vitality.  This is a fact because we know that our physical and behavioral/emotional self is just a part of our energetic self.  It mirrors what is going on energetically.  Therefore someone who is driven by negative thoughts and ideas, wanting to hurt another, being mean, being jealous is also behaving in this manner energetically - creating holes and tears in the field of the other.

The best way to avoid damage from the energies of these people is to avoid them.  Sometimes this isn't possible. In that case one needs to consciously  make themselves aware of the behavior of the other person, recognizing their dysfunction and recognizing the potential effects that this dysfunction can have on oneself.

The key here is to INTEND to protect yourself and to charge your energy field with greater positive light filled energy.  Intent is the physical link to the controls of our energy field.  Intent is capable of changing and charging our field.  Just as a negative person, through intent, is able to feed off of others and tear their fields, a positive person, through intent, is able to protect their fields and to be immune to the energetic vampirism of others.

Visualization is also very helpful in these circumstances.  Visualizing oneself bathed in white light helps to charge one's field with the extra protection needed.  Prayer is also very beneficial.  Praying for divine protection always bathes one with the extra protection that they need.  Angels protect us from such harm, and one should call upon angels to protect our energy fields.

As an empath I always need extra protection.  I protect myself by visualizing a clear impenetrable barrier like an egg surrounding me, and I see myself going about my business in the beautiful protective clear egg.  Whatever energy fields I approach while in this egg can not penetrate my field, and whatever negative energy they carry can not reach me or my field because of the protective and impenetrable egg that I am in.
When the danger is over, I visualize myself leaving this egg, clean, without a trace of energetic mud  splattered on me, and without the slightest tear or damage to my field.

And I always say this prayer :

Dear God, Please protect my energy field from negative energy and hate. Please protect me from all who harbor negative feelings, negative thoughts and negative energy. Please keep me on your path of love and light.

Is Your Energy Field in Good Company?

For years now I have worked as an energy therapist.  My main focus was to try and clear the energy fields of people, places, animals and issues.  (Yes, issues themselves do have their own energy field.)

That job has its hazards -  working and clearing energy fields means that you have to be constantly on guard, protecting your own fields from the energetic mud that gets splattered here and there, from the negative energy that you are clearing and that you are exposed to.

But working with energies has caused me to become more and more aware of my energetic life, my spiritual  life - consciously being able to interact with the stuff that is going on "out there".


Over the past few years I have experienced some very profound moments which I need to share with you.  For a reason.

I experienced some events that left me "perplexed".  I have seen entities, I have experienced loops where I slipped into other dimensions, I have seen the veil part a few times....but there are some events in my life that left me with huge questions....

My thoughts are that if I had these experiences, then certainly there are many other people out there that have experienced similar situations.  And I am sure that they would like some reassurance that they are not alone and that it is perfectly 'normal'.


During this time, I am concentrating my efforts in writing.  I am writing to accomplish two different purposes. First purpose is to focus some of my writing on happenings that are "streaming in" from the field.  These are stories based on past lives, parallel lives, or events that I have been exposed to or connected to in some way.  I am tapping into the informational field through my inner self, my knowing, allowing myself to see things playing out with my soul's eyes. I see the stories happening, and its these stories that I am writing, so that I can share them with others.

The second writing task that I have assumed is to fill this blog with specific information, links, ideas, videos and thoughts. These are not dictated by me, but rather by what I am intuiting.  I constantly receive signs, signals, personal messages from "co workers" that direct my attention to something.  I have found that this particular "something" would turn up during the course of my day.

As I began to roll with these messages and signals, I slowly recognized that they were angels and spirits who were guiding me, showing me things, and sometimes pointing my attention to things.  I would find that these "things" would be of help either to me, or to others that I would share them with.

Lately I have been led to see that I am supposed to be sharing many things.  Not necessarily my own thoughts or experiences, but thoughts and experiences that are "out there" - some known, some unknown.  The point of this is to anchor the energies of these thoughts, to share the energies of these experiences, to spread the energies of these ideas.  Whether reiterating and reaffirming the ideas and thoughts of others, or just rambling about my own musings, the point is that the energy of these things provoke some sort of energetic dialogue to happen.

Energetic dialogue is the "dialogue", the banter between energies, among the fields.  It manifests biologically as thoughts, ideas, emotions and many times it triggers other physical reactions as well. It can happen anytime our energies merge with the energies of others, or of their thoughts, ideas and actions.  This interaction can happen not only between two people face to face, but you can interact with their written ideas, their recorded ideas, or with events that you see live, or recorded.

Many times we engage in conversations, see movies, read books, articles  but we do not engage in energetic dialogue as a result of these interactions. The reason for this is because many times we keep our energy fields contained, receiving and processing input on a biological/physical level without allowing our energetic self to become affected.

 Our energy fields have a two way communication with our physical selves.  Our energetic bodies receive input from frequencies that are around us. Every thought, action or event that transpires anywhere in the universe releases energy. These energies roam about the universe creating their own little field.  Many times they are roaming randomly.  Other times they have very definite destinations.

These frequencies, regardless of whether they are generated from  the thoughts or actions of others near us, or from situations that are being played out somewhere else, reach our field, are received as input and they easily latch onto our field.

 This 'latching on' is a process where the fields look like pulsating clouds of frequency, approaching and dancing with each other.

The clouds of frequency that are generated by events or ideas under ideal conditions gently approach and touch our fields. If we resonate well with the other field, interaction can take place. This means that our fields begin to bounce against each other, begin to latch and connect at places, transforming, merging, changing and morphing into new frequencies - resulting from the energetic interchange.

The ideal situation is what I call energetic dialogue. That happens when your frequencies interact with the frequencies of other individuals, ideas or events in a very "safe" way.  In this case you "take" what you want from the energetic frequencies of the other,  what you need, what helps you, in the form of a "recharge" , and you leave alone, undamaged, the actual energies that have approached you . This allows you to enhance your field from the interaction with the other, without tearing off energy from the other, without adding potentially negative energy to your field.

This whole concept of energetic interaction is very complex and it needs alot of attention. If one isn't careful they can run into energy vampires, energy drains, and many other very potentially hazardous conditions within the course of their daily lives.

Hazardous energetic interchanges can take place from conversations and thoughts and from intention as well. Energetic havoc is also possible sometimes through sexual activity. There are many forms of energetic vampirism and people need to be aware of how their energetic fields can be damaged.
